Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Production Supply Chain to join our team in Saab's Business Area Surveillance and Production FCC Järfälla.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead a management team consisting of two sections; Production Planning and Inspection. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading according to Saab's organisational values.
  • Full responsibility for results within your area, which includes safety and health, quality, delivery capacity, efficiency and finance.
  • Coaching and development of abilities and competences in your team and by so growing your staff to take on more complex and demanding tasks.
  • Empower your employees through value driven leadership.
  • Develop efficient ways of working within your area, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Accountable for short, medium and long-term production plans.
About the Team

You will be a member of the Production FCC Järfälla management team, together with management colleagues from PMO, Manufacturing, Production Development, Strategy & BI, Quality and support from HRBP, Finance and Business Excellence, and report to Head of Production FCC Järfälla.
