As a CSA expert, you will be part of a talented team that has worked on numerous high-profile projects for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage coordination of Civil work packages efficiently.
  • Work closely with safety personnel to establish and maintain effective site safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the Projects team to ensure site quality meets expectations.
  • Partner with stakeholders, including planners, project managers, and consultants to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Provide support in monitoring project costs and ensuring compliance with project plans.
  • Supervise daily site operations to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage and coordinate sub-contractor activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Participate in site meetings, internal project reviews, and other critical project discussions.
  • Facilitate project closure by coordinating final account preparation, punch lists, and other essential tasks.
  • Host regular commercial meetings with the commercial team to track variations and adjustments.
  • Implement effective change management processes.
  • Review and analyze design and layout documents.
  • Resolve and document CSA snag issues.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Engineering degree or equivalent required.
  • Proven leadership abilities to direct teams.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in civil/surveying engineering.
  • Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and sequencing techniques.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects.
