Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and supervise site operations, overseeing daily activities.
  • Establish and maintain effective site safety protocols in partnership with safety specialists.
  • Monitor site quality and contribute to the development of continuous improvement strategies.
  • Facilitate collaboration between the projects team and stakeholders, promoting open communication.
  • Develop and present project plans and budgets to stakeholders.
  • Recommend improvements to project schedules, resource allocation, and cost control measures.
  • Plan and execute site visits, inspections, and other on-site activities.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and problems impacting project delivery.
  • Meet regularly with team members and stakeholders to discuss project progress, challenges, and objectives.
  • Develop and recommend policies, procedures, and guidelines to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Improve training and mentoring initiatives for junior staff.
Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field required.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • At least 7 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably as a supervisor or manager.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strategic thinking.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally, combined with flexibility and adaptability.
