Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to enhance our knowledge and capabilities in supporting our customers' demands in the future. As a key member of our production team at Sigma Group, you will collaborate with our customers to optimize and create value in their daily operations.
Major changes are taking place in the industry, particularly with the electrification in the automotive sector, and experience in this area is highly valued.
As a Process Improvement Engineer, you will be responsible for product and process development and quality assurance, both internally and with suppliers. Your assignments will include:
- Collaborating with customers to identify areas for improvement and implementing process changes to increase efficiency and quality.
- Developing and implementing quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Working with suppliers to ensure that their products meet our quality standards.
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
To succeed in this role, you should be a detail-oriented and driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable taking on significant responsibilities.
Key qualifications for this position include:
- Academic degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, or Business Administration.
- More than 5 years of work experience in a quality assurance or process improvement role.
- Documented knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- Deep knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology.
- Experience in the automotive industry is highly valued.
- Fluent in English, both in speech and writing; other languages are an asset.
