Drive Commercial Growth with Us
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in the Malmö Area/South Sweden. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic growth plans for key clients within our portfolio.
The role demands your sharp negotiation skills and business acumen to forge powerful partnerships and achieve ambitious targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, develop omni-channel JBPs, and drive sales and market share expansion.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their needs and priorities.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies encompassing all aspects of account growth (turnover, market share, P&L, etc.).
- Growth Activation: Identify and leverage growth levers (commercial agreements, marketing, merchandising, etc.) to achieve annual plan objectives.
- Budget Management: Oversee and optimize budgets to maximize ROI and achieve targets.
- Negotiation & Implementation: Lead client negotiations, establish action plans, and ensure execution with sales teams and partners.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and analyze market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
