Job Description: Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Hencon Sweden AB. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of goods, services, and information from raw materials to end customers.

  • Main Duties:
  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and minimizing stockouts.
  • Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
  • Assist with data entry and administration tasks, including consumption on work orders and workshop manager assistance.

Essential Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.
  • Able to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
