About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Quality and Customer Satisfaction team at Volvo Group. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping sustainable transport solutions for the future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with various types of data and information, including warranty claims, fault codes, telematic data, market reports, and quality performance metrics.
  • Develop tools and analytics methods to detect, quantify, and understand quality issues in the complete truck and telematic services offerings.
  • Collaborate with other teams within Q&CS, including Chassis, Cab, Powertrain, and E-mob, to drive quality improvements.
  • Analyze complex data to identify patterns and trends, and develop data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in data modeling and relational database concepts.
  • Advanced skills in Spark SQL, T-SQL, and Python for data analysis and science.
  • Experience with data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques, as well as data visualization tools like Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
