The Role as Site Manager
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee our terminals in Sundsvall and Östersund. As Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing terminal operations, fleet management, and driver operations to ensure outstanding service delivery. You will lead, coach, and follow up with employees, analyze cost drivers, and manage scheduling to achieve cost efficiency and staff motivation.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to improve site performance and align with Instabee's long-term goals.
- Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop employees to effectively carry out their duties and take responsibility for our business.
- Operational Efficiency: Manage sorting and driving operations at the terminal to meet delivery deadlines without errors.
- Cost Optimization: Analyze and identify cost drivers and be responsible for achieving a cost-effective business.
- Staff Scheduling: Manage the scheduling of staff to ensure cost efficiency and staff motivation.
- Employee Welfare: Ensure the safety of our employees and provide a good work environment.
- Talent Development: Be responsible for the recruitment, retention, and development of staff, including performance reviews.
About You
We are looking for an experienced operations leader with a proven track record of success in managing teams of 10-20 people. You should have a strategic mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and experience in handling staff issues. Fluency in both Swedish and English is required.
