About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Product Manager to join our team at Hypertype. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction and success of our AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy: Develop a compelling vision and strategy for your part of our product, based on a deep understanding of the industry, competitive landscape, macro and technology trends.
  • Objective Setting: Define and align meaningful objectives and key results and own the roadmap for your domain.
  • Experimentation: Formulate hypotheses that help validate what experiences to design, implement, run, and evaluate product experiments to reach your objectives.
  • Feature Prioritization: Ensure that valuable features, enhancements, and bug fixes are prioritized and shipped, sharing insights with the rest of the company.
  • UX Research: Lead UX research efforts, gathering and analyzing feedback to ensure Hypertype's interfaces are intuitive and user-friendly.
  • Product Roadmap: Collaborate with the founders to prioritize product features and development pipelines to form product roadmap based on user insights, business goals, and market opportunities.
  • Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with Engineers to create seamless interfaces for Hypertype's AI-driven solutions.
  • Sales Support: Assist the founders in delivering compelling sales pitches and help close deals and partnerships.
  • Communication: Communicate findings and recommendations to founders and stakeholders to influence product direction and business strategy.
  • Industry Trends: Stay informed on AI trends, emerging technologies, and UX/UI best practices to continuously refine and enhance Hypertype's offering.
  • Design and Prototyping: Explore visual design in Figma and translate it into high-fidelity, web-native experiences.
Requirements
  • 4+ years experience as a Product Manager, with a strong focus on UX research.
  • Experience working with SaaS products, AI focus is a plus.
  • Able to communicate your vision for the product in a compelling way.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Experience supporting sales efforts, including delivering product expertise during pitches.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills to external and internal stakeholders.
  • A team player with a creative and proactive approach, adapted to problem-solving.
  • Analytical, innovative, with strong business acumen.
Bonus Requirements
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications.
  • Familiarity with user testing, analytics, and prototyping tools e.g. Figma.
