About the Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary CFO to lead our financial strategy and drive our transformation towards sustainable aviation. As a member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with SAS's long-term goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to inform commercial and operational decision-making.
  • Implement cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee financing strategies, investor relations, and potential capital market activities.
  • Drive financial transformation initiatives to enhance profitability, competitiveness, and resilience.
What We Are Looking For
  • Proven experience as a CFO or Finance Director in an airline, aviation, transportation, or large-scale consumer business.
  • Strong expertise in financial restructuring, cost transformation, and capital markets.
  • Experience in complex, multinational environments with regulatory oversight.
