Key Responsibilities:
  • Origination and Sales: Identify opportunities and successfully sell innovative trade and working capital solutions to bank clients.
  • Client Management: Act as advisor, consultant, and first point of contact for clients' working capital and trade finance needs.
  • Transaction Management: Manage client journey from sales to implementation, ensuring seamless execution of trade and working capital solutions.
  • Relationship Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client portfolio in the Nordics.
Requirements:
  • Expertise: Strong expertise in accounts receivable deals, trade finance, and working capital management.
  • Business Development: High motivation, proactivity, and accomplished business origination skills, with a proven track record of successful sales and business development.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in trade finance, client relationship management, and business development, with a strong understanding of the Nordic market.
  • Skills: Strong financial knowledge, including working capital cycle, cash flow forecasting, financial statement analysis, and modeling.
  • Communication: High level of presentation and organizational skills, with the ability to develop relationships inside the organization and collaborate across geographical boundaries.
Desirable Skills and Abilities:
  • Trade-Related Qualification: Specific trade-related qualification, such as a degree in trade finance or a related field.
  • ESG Knowledge: Knowledge of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles in the context of trade finance.
  • ERP Systems: Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Sage.
  • Nordic Language: Knowledge of one Nordic language, such as Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.
Education and Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent degree and/or work experience in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in product development, business development, or trade finance, with 3+ years in client relationship and development.
