About the Position
We are seeking an experienced professional with a background in communications who can excel in this challenging role. As Internal Communications Lead, you will be responsible for creating clear and concise messages, producing accurate and engaging in-house content, and possessing the ability to grasp and adapt lengthy, complex and often technical text. You will handle multiple priorities at speed, demonstrating integrity and confidentiality, especially in crisis communication and sensitive organizational matters, including restructuring and M&A.

This role requires strong stakeholder management and internal communication skills, alongside the ability to quickly grasp and prioritize key information for effective communication. You will be a self-driven and tactful team-player, able to manage political dynamics. This role requires a holistic and proactive approach – effectively communicating change and challenging stakeholders to identify and address communication needs.

You will be part of a small, close-knit team of six people, working independently but in regular collaboration with your colleagues – fostering a supportive and versatile work environment where teamwork is key. You will support members of the business area management team and all of our business area's Common Functions, as well as working closely with the divisional and sales organizations. We offer a hybrid work setup, allowing you to combine office and remote work.
