About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to join our Development & Innovation department. As a key member of our team, you will design and refine cutting-edge products that shape the future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and improve our measurement instrument portfolio, with a deep understanding of customer needs.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to achieve project goals.
  • Work on-site with customers to integrate and customize our solutions.
  • Contribute to mechanical, electronics, optics, and software development, testing, and application creation.
  • Develop specifications, design descriptions, and reporting.
  • Lead product development for small batch production from prototype to mid-series, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
  • Academic degree in mechanical or electronics engineering (or a similar field).
  • Strong technical competence in product development, system design, and mechanical and electronic engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with components and hardware, as well as integrating software or PLC systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding innovative solutions.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
