As a Learning Experience Designer, you'll be responsible for designing innovative and engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their objectives and design solutions that will best meet their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop learning experiences grounded on recognized adult learning theories.
- Work closely with clients to understand their learning objectives and design solutions that will best meet their business goals.
- Lead the work of designing and deploying learning experiences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and course/content developers and suppliers.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices within the field of learning design and technology.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in learning experience design.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, modern learning technologies, and adult learning theory.
- Experience of designing learning programs in various formats.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
