User Experience Design Lead

At Resourced, a fast-growing FashionTech startup, we are dedicated to supporting modern fashion brands in finding and managing production. Our team has built strong relationships with clients across the globe, and we are now looking for an experienced User Experience Design Lead to continue our work on designing a cutting-edge PLM system.
We strive to create products that users love to use, with great UX and a visually appealing design. To achieve this, we pay close attention to detail and expect near-perfect results while maintaining a good pace. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our CTO/Product Owner and leverage our insights into customers and users to drive product development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong curiosity about building products and services that customers will embrace. Excellent graphic design skills, fluency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator, and experience working with UI/UX design are essential. Attention to detail and a deep understanding of web application UX are also crucial. Strong communication skills and a proven track record of designing successful products, particularly complex web applications, are necessary for success in this role.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately **€90,000** per year, depending on location and experience. We're looking for someone who can deliver high-quality results and take ownership of product development efforts from idea to handover. The ideal candidate will be able to turn wireframes and ideas into pixel-perfect designs, provide clear specifications, and efficiently explore creative solutions to UI/UX challenges.
A degree in interaction design, industrial design, or equivalent is desirable, but not required. However, experience in frontend web development and a background in the fashion industry are considered nice-to-haves.
