Veterinary Business Leader

Nestlé Nordic is seeking a Clinic Excellence Lead to lead the Vet Advisor team and implement our Veterinary business roadmap.
This role will enable successful implementation of our roadmap in the veterinary channel. Key responsibilities include leading, managing, and coaching a team of experts in their daily work within the veterinary circuit in the Nordic markets.
Additionally, you will contribute to business plan development, lead operational implementation, and monitor performance in the markets and at individual level. You will also manage relationships with new and existing partners.
This role could be located at our Swedish offices in Stockholm or Helsingborg or in our Nordic main office in Denmark. Some travel is required, approximately 2-4 days per month.
We Are Looking For:
- A person with minimum 3-5 years of experience in the veterinary clinic circuit
- Great understanding of commercial growth and how to achieve it
- Leadership experience in managing a team of experts/specialists and ability to build strong teams by fostering a culture of empowerment
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for making a difference and taking ownership
- Experience in office software and working with sales force customer management software
- Fluency in one of the Nordic languages and English, as that is our corporate language
