As we continue to grow at a rapid pace, we are seeking a highly motivated Sustainability Specialist to join our team. This role requires a combination of expertise in environmental compliance, energy efficiency, and certification management, as well as a passion for driving sustainability in the HVAC industry.
The successful candidate will oversee the certification process for heat pump products, ensuring compliance with all necessary environmental, safety, and performance standards. They will also monitor and interpret evolving sustainability and certification regulations on a national and international scale, while building and maintaining relationships with regulatory bodies to inform on changes in legislation that may impact product design or market availability.
This role involves working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment and collaborating with external agencies to achieve regulatory approvals. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical skillset, with the ability to translate complex regulations and sustainability goals into actionable strategies.
