Sustainability Specialist inom Supply Chain till Mips, Täby

Mips är specialiserat på hjälmbaserad säkerhet och är världsledande inom detta område. Mips består av nyfikna och engagerade personer som gemensamt jobbar för att skapa en tryggare vardag för medmänniskor. De växer ständigt och är nu på jakt efter en nyfiken och driven Sustainability Specialist inom Supply Chain med flerårig erfarenhet av att ha arbetat med Supply Chain.

Om tjänsten

Mips säljer sina produkter till hjälmtillverkare som implementerar Mips teknologi i hjälmar som sedan marknadsförs till slutanvändare. Mips arbetar med ett flertal av de större hjälmtillverkarna i världen inom kategorin sporthjälmar, men säljer även bolagets lösningar till varumärken verksamma inom kategorierna motorcykel- och säkerhetshjälmar.

De har sitt huvudkontor i Täby, där deras unika testanläggning också är belägen. Produktion är outsourcad till ett flertal leverantörer i Kina. Totalt är de idag ca 100 medarbetare som arbetar med försäljning, forskning och utveckling, produktion och administration. Mips är världsledande inom sitt område och har som ambition att vara branschledare även när det gäller hållbarhet. Mips arbetar i enlighet med Parisagendan, och deras utsläppsmål har godkänts av initiativet Science Based Targets ("SBTi").

I rollen som Sustainability Specialist inom Supply Chain kommer du framförallt arbeta mot Mips långsiktiga mål inom hållbarhet, vara med och utforma delmål, identifiera behov, skapa aktiviteter och projekt samt implementera och förvalta dessa. Klimatrapportering samt insamling, strukturering och analys av data är viktiga delar av rollen. Utöver hållbarhet kommer även andra angränsade Supply Chain relaterade uppgifter vara inom ramen för rollen.

Ett axplock av dina arbetsuppgifter

  • Vara ansvarig för att driva Mips hållbarhetsarbete inom Supply Chain vilket innebär tvärfunktionellt arbete med direkt och indirekt koppling till hållbarhetsfrågor
  • Arbeta med hållbarhetsfrågor i hela leveranskedjan. Exempelvis identifiera behovet och implementera förnybar energi hos leverantörer genom att bland annat ta fram incitamentsplaner över längre tidshorisonter
  • Bli en aktiv medlem i vårt Strategic Sourcing arbete genom att utvärdera leverantörers förmågor att möta våra ambitiösa hållbarhetsmål samt utbilda våra strategiska leverantörer
  • Arbeta med hållbarhet kopplat till Mips produkt såsom beräkning och analys av koldioxidutsläpp per produkt
  • Bygga vidare, förfina och driva arbetet inom Mips Sustainability Roadmap tillsammans med Produktutvecklingsteamet
  • Identifiera tillsammans med Mips experter och med leverantörer produktionstekniksförbättringar för våra befintliga produkter som kan leda till en minskning av koldioxidutsläpp
  • I tjänsten ingår en del resor (om förutsättningarna tillåter) till Kina och Europa
  • Användande av Qlik för att visualisera större mängder data

Vi söker dig som

  • Har en civilingenjörsutbildning eller Master inom Supply Chain, logistik, ekonomi eller liknande med 4-8 års tidigare erfarenhet inom området
  • Har ett brinnande intresse för hållbarhet och en stor vilja att göra skillnad
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i Excel och vana att arbeta med dataanalys
  • Talar och skriver obehindrat på engelska
