About The RoleAs Senior Product Manager for Terminal Operations Performance, you will be responsible for all aspects of terminal solutions, terminal flows, and processes ensuring high-quality and efficient operations in 30+ terminals across 6 countries. You will set the vision and strategic direction together with your team for our product solutions, prioritizing and securing both quality and operational excellence in our terminals.
Your Key Responsibilities- Setting the vision and strategic direction for the terminal operation product domain
- Leading the work of defining and implementing the Instabee way of working across terminals
- Securing operational flows and processes are adopted and used
- Creating the conditions for our employees to develop, succeed, and create results
- A passionate leader who is good at building relationships and teamwork with internal stakeholders
- A solid understanding of what is needed to build, introduce, and ensure the success of processes and product solutions in a blue-collar environment
