Our Journey
We're fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe, but we have no plans to stop anytime soon. As we continue to expand our product offering to new merchants and geographic regions, our logistical network and operations are getting increasingly complex.
About The Role
As a Senior Product Manager for Terminal Operations Performance, you will be responsible for all aspects of terminal solutions, terminal flows and processes ensuring high quality and efficient operations in 30+ terminals across 6 countries. You will be responsible for setting the vision and strategic direction together with your team for our product solutions. You'll prioritise and secure both quality and operational excellence in our terminals ensuring sustainable and scalable solutions that enable growth. The area covers sorting, loading and unloading, vehicle management, scheduling, workforce management, training development.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Setting the vision and strategic direction for the terminal operation product domain
- Leading the work of defining and implementing the Instabee way of working across terminals
- Lead the work of prioritising and securing roadmap deliveries meets company quality and efficiency goals
- In collaboration with regional terminal management secure operational flows and process are adopted and used
- Creating the conditions for our employees to develop, succeed and create results

Requirements
- Solid strategic communication leadership skills
- Track record of driving progress in complex flows and environments
- Stabil systematic skills and the ability to break down strategic goals to actionable pieces
- About 10 years of experience in relevant area for the role
