The Senior Solution Sales Executive will drive end-to-end sales initiatives (from pipeline generation to closing) focused on specific use cases in customer service business process solutions.

They will work closely with sales teams to accelerate opportunities to provide comprehensive product and industry insight to customers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in solution and service-based sales experience within a CRM, CSM, Customer Engagement, or CX solution provider or related high technology business environment.
