Sandvik AB is a technology-driven company that innovates and takes bold steps to shape the future. We're now seeking an organized and driven IT coordinator to join our central function within Network Service delivery.

This role offers a great opportunity to grow in a position where you'll influence both current and future services in an ever-changing environment. You'll be part of our Order Office, acting as the primary point of contact for Network Services – ensuring exceptional service through a customer-focused approach.

As the primary point of contact for Network Services, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing changes to drive improvements throughout the service lifecycle.
  • Coordinating tasks and activities related to our services.
  • Facilitating meetings with internal and external parties, including outsourcing partners.
  • Receiving and addressing customer requests for our products and discussing different solutions for WAN and LAN to provide the best outcomes.

You'll also be responsible for:

  • Documenting processes and workflows to ensure consistency.
  • Maintaining and supporting enhancements to CMDB, Service Portfolio, and catalog items.
  • Supporting Merger and Acquisitions initiatives from a network perspective.
  • Coordinating data quality throughout various support systems.
  • Creating purchase documentation and interacting with purchasing and financial approvers to facilitate orders for products, hardware, support, and licenses.

The location for this position is Sandviken, and some travel within Sweden might occur. We apply a hybrid work set-up, allowing you to combine office- and remote work.
