Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Belmont Lavan Ltd. as a consultant for a contract position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and experience working with clients in a similar industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of medium-size to large and moderately complex projects, ensuring all related activities are performed in accordance with client policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, and schedule commitments.
- Establish the project execution approach and oversee project hand-over, execution planning, and monitoring and control activities for both internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and meet client expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and project success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar industry, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with experience in leading project teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in Swedish and English languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
