The Department of Surgery at Sahlgrenska Academy is a leading institution in cancer research, with a proven track record of excellence. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Doctoral Student to contribute to ongoing research efforts.

About the Project

This project aims to develop novel treatments for cancer using immune checkpoint inhibitors and cell therapy. You will work closely with experienced faculty members to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and present findings through academic papers and presentations.

In addition to your research duties, you may also have departmental responsibilities, such as teaching and assisting with administrative tasks.

Key Requirements
  • Master's degree in Medical Science or related field
  • Strong background in cancer biology, immunology, or related field
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
