About the Role

The Sustainability Lead is a newly formed position within Stena Line Fleet Operations, playing a vital role in achieving our future sustainability objectives.

This full-time, permanent position reports to our COO Fleet and requires a relevant academic university degree within sustainability or environmental management. Experience in environmental management systems, ISO 14001 or equivalent is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as the company point of contact for sustainability initiatives
  2. Coordinate change and improvement within relevant areas and work with continuous improvements
  3. Ensure adequate internal awareness with regards to sustainability as well as external communication with relevant stakeholders
  4. Be responsible for the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001)
  5. Contribute to the development and adherence of the company sustainability strategy
