About the Role

Tiger of Sweden is a Stockholm-based fashion house established in 1903 with a rich heritage in tailoring. As a Product Developer, you will be responsible for developing the company's products in line with the creative vision, commerciality, business health KPIs, and Tiger of Sweden's sustainability targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure products are fit for purpose, meet customer needs, and align with the brand's values.
  • Enter accurate information into systems throughout the development cycle.
  • Collaborate closely with Design to translate ideas into products.
  • Adhere to timelines in all tasks and activities.
  • Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the development process.
  • Assess risks and proactively raise solutions to mitigate any risks according to TOS's quality standards.
  • Support the Production Planner by collecting information during development on production lead times and MOQ.
  • Implement the ToS Sustainability and CR strategy during all stages of development.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Development or a similar position.
  • Degree in clothing manufacturing or textiles preferred.
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge of garment construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Understanding of product costings, garment manufacturing, and supply chain.
  • Excellent language skills, fluency in English required.
  • Experience working for a global fashion brand, preferably in a premium or luxury environment is advantageous.
Tools and Systems
  • Computer literacy, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), PLM/PDM Systems, and knowledge of InDesign and Illustrator are a plus.
