About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Electronics/SW Development Leader to join our Grid Automation and Communication business. The successful candidate will lead and manage complex R&D projects for developing cutting-edge protection and control products.

Main Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing complex software and hardware projects.
  • Coordinating and motivating internal and external resources to achieve all tasks and milestones.
  • Ensuring product quality while balancing scope, schedule, and resources.
  • Managing change requests, unforeseen events, and identified risks with transparency.
  • Creating reports, chairing meetings, and coordinating project status communication with stakeholders.

Your Qualifications

  • Education: Master's degree in computer science, electronic engineering, or equivalent, with proven experience in managing product development projects.
  • Project Management Expertise: Knowledge and experience in project management tools, preferably in an agile and lean organization.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex challenges, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Organized and Driven: Flexible, well-organized, and a driven problem solver who takes initiative and delivers on time.
  • Team Player: Experience working in international teams with excellent interpersonal skills.
