Quality Manager for Industry Products

We are seeking a quality manager to ensure the exceptional quality of our current and future products in the global manufacturing industry.

Our team develops innovative systems empowering industry users to manage their assembly processes and create world-class products. Our solutions enhance efficiency, quality, safety, speed, usability, ergonomics, and environmental performance.

This temporary position, supporting a colleague during parental leave, guarantees the continued delivery of best-in-class product quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the team to ensure top-notch product quality
  • Coordinating cross-functional efforts to resolve quality issues
  • Contributing to process improvements and supporting tools
  • Sharing knowledge on quality with stakeholders involved in our products

The position reports directly to the Product Quality Manager Magnus Karlsson.

Location and Work Arrangements

The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden, with a hybrid workplace setup allowing for flexible work arrangements.

Traveling is part of the role, enabling interactions with customers and suppliers to ensure successful quality initiatives and added customer value.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or relevant field
  • Experience working with technical product quality
  • Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Customer-facing experience beneficial
  • Team coordination and issue resolution experience valuable
