Sustainability Manager

Volvo Group is seeking a Sustainability Manager to lead the development and implementation of our global Human Rights Due Diligence program. As a key member of the Responsible Purchasing team, you will be responsible for building and scaling our compliance and due diligence strategy across the supply network.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the implementation of the Human Rights Due Diligence program, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and our Supply Partner Code of Conduct.
- Provide guidance and training to the Volvo Group Purchasing organization on Human Rights compliance and due diligence, ensuring a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and our company's policies.
- Collaborate with the Responsible Purchasing team to develop and implement processes and tools to support the Human Rights Due Diligence program, including the Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ), CSR Audits, and Sustainable Minerals Program.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing due diligence guidance and support to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements
- Master of Science or equivalent in a relevant field, with a minimum of five years of work experience in sustainability or a related field.
- Deep understanding of Human Rights due diligence and compliance, preferably in a supply network context.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage with multidisciplinary teams and build trustful relationships.
