About the Role

In this role, you will take on a critical operational function at Instabee, driving our growth initiatives through direct engagement with merchants and key account management.

You will be responsible for defining our vision and strategy, ensuring effective execution, and maximizing impact through systematic approaches.

Our team prioritizes speed, flexibility, and innovation while establishing a robust framework for growth.

  • Driving growth initiatives through direct engagement with merchants and key account management.
  • Recruiting and training both local and central teams to excel in their roles and cultivate an innovative and success culture.
  • Taking charge of new business development and prospecting, negotiation, and the closing of complex opportunities.
About You

We're looking for a proactive, results-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and challenges conventional thinking.

You should have 10+ years of experience in sales and commercial excellence within enterprise sales with technical integration and a B2B2C model.

A commercial mindset with sufficient technical knowledge for effective sales discussions, understanding product capabilities as well as client needs is required.

Familiarity with management systems, strategies, and tools for driving growth is also necessary.
