Your Role

As a junior consultant and analyst, you will be part of our management consultant organization, working on projects that involve security, resilience, information security, risk, and crisis management. You will collaborate with clients, investigate their current situation, analyze needs, lead implementations, train capabilities, and write reports.

Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and deliver projects successfully will be key to your success. You will also be involved in business development, selling new and additional projects, and ensuring 4C is the client's first choice.

What We're Looking For
  • A strong academic background in engineering, economics, or a related field
  • Newly graduated or up to 2 years of experience in a similar or consultant role
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
  • The ability to understand complex contexts and describe them comprehensively
  • Experience in consulting or security/risk/crisis management is a plus
