**Job Description**

TN Sweden is seeking an experienced Chief Architect for IT and OT to lead the development of our technology strategy and architecture. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and communicating principles, standards, instructions, strategies, and goals for IT and OT architecture.

The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of experience in similar roles and possess very good knowledge of IT architecture, frameworks, and processes. They will also have excellent architectural understanding for the area of responsibility and strong collaboration skills with stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who can analyze business needs and requirements, assist in realizing them in a solution architecture, and review and approve solutions. Additionally, they should have good knowledge of ITIL and development methodology.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Define, document, and communicate principles, standards, instructions, strategies, and goals for IT and OT architecture.
  • Analyze business needs and requirements and assist in realizing them in a solution architecture.
  • Review and approve solutions as well as any deviations from the target architecture.

**Requirements**

  • At least seven years of experience in similar specialist roles in IT.
  • Very good knowledge of IT architecture, frameworks, and processes.
  • Very good architectural understanding for the area of responsibility.
  • Very good ability to collaborate with stakeholders in a structured collaboration model.

**Nice to Have**

  • Experience from working in large infrastructure projects.
