About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Supervisor to oversee the health, safety, and environmental (HSE) team in creating a productive work culture and safe work environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental training programs align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • SUPERVISE AND TRAIN SUBORDINATES: Provide guidance and recommendations on HSE activities, including preparation of certification/classification programs, HSE documents, and project-specific initiatives.
  • APPLY REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS: Guide project management on regulatory compliance, monitoring, and controlling HSE standards, laws, and regulations.
  • DESIGN AND REVIEW PROJECT PLANS: Confirm compliance with governmental regulations and company/client requirements.
  • PROMOTE COMPANY HSE STANDARDS: Foster a safe and productive work environment through Company-wide programs.
  • ANALYZE AND RECOMMEND SOLUTIONS: Provide independent recommendations for problem-solving in accordance with organizational objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or certificate with relevant experience.
  • Document control experience.
  • Experience working on construction sites.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Job-related technical knowledge.
  • Able to learn and apply local, state, and federal statutes and guidelines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
