About the Role

As a key player in our Field Sales organization, you will play a vital role in guiding new customers on a journey to leave legacy platforms behind and move forward with a new class of enterprise management cloud.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop a strategy for prioritising, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territory
  • Perform deep account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment
  • Run multiple complex SaaS sales cycles, orchestrating and coordinating a number of external and internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data

About You


You should have experience selling complex SaaS/cloud-based solutions to C-levels from a field sales position. You must be able to negotiate deals with a variety of C-Suite Executives to close opportunities. Additionally, you should be able to engage in a programmatic approach to generate and develop leads within your territory. A proven track record in a new logo sales cycle role, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities, is also essential.

You will understand the strategic competitive landscape of the industry by staying up-to-date with trends and customer needs so you can effectively position Workday solutions within accounts. Experience leveraging and partnering with internal team members on account strategies is also necessary. Fluent in Swedish is required.
