Organizational Psychologist

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an Organizational Psychologist to join our team as a Talent Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consultancy services to our clients, including assessment centers and development centers.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their talent management needs and provide expert guidance and support. Your primary responsibility will be to support our assessment delivery, including running job analyses, training needs analyses, and identifying methods for high-volume screening and sifting solutions.

You will also provide 1:1 feedback and coaching to support assessment and development based on 360 data, emotional intelligence profiler, or resilience questionnaire. Additionally, you will contribute to the design and delivery of talent management consultancy services, including client accreditation training and organizational-level initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will require a deep understanding of talent management principles, including job analysis, assessment and recruitment design, training/instructional design, and competency framework design.

You will be fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong IT skills. If you have experience in the talent management industry, especially in assessments, that is desirable.
