Join our great international team of experts.

Your Role

As a Consultant at Talogy, you are responsible for delivering the core range of our consultancy services primarily to Swedish clients, many of whom operate internationally. In this position, you will apply knowledge from organizational psychology principles, experience in HR/L&D roles, and a wider understanding of business and organizations to provide quality guidance and expertise to clients. Consultants also support other client-facing colleagues at Talogy around the application and implementation of our flagship talent management solutions.

Consultants are expected to work core hours and days but will need to be flexible from time to time to work outside of normal hours for client projects. Day-to-day, the role can be performed remotely, but we would appreciate having the colleague in the office 3 days a week, with the expectation of occasional travel for on-site client work, events, meetings, and workshops.

Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will primarily support our assessment delivery, including both assessment centers and development centers for our local and international clients. Our high-touch assessment solutions include, e.g., interviewing, workplace simulations, report writing, client reporting meetings, etc.

Additionally, you will support the delivery of talent management consultancy services on client projects, including (but not limited to) the following examples:

- Running job analyses to inform talent management initiatives.
- Running training needs analyses to inform talent development initiatives.
- Identifying methods for high-volume screening and sifting solutions, e.g., behavioral styles and personality questionnaires, cognitive ability and aptitude tests, etc.
- Providing 1:1 feedback and coaching to support assessment and development based on 360 data, emotional intelligence profiler, or resilience questionnaire.
- Talent development and learning solutions, e.g., running psychometric feedback/exploration sessions, supporting design and delivery of leadership development program components, etc.
- Running client accreditation training for Talogy products.
- Participating in organizational-level initiatives, e.g., competency framework design.
- Providing occasional support in general Sales activities, e.g., building relationships with existing clients, providing guidance around the viability and practical limitations of solutions, etc.
- Collaborating with colleagues in Client Experience to support ongoing client interactions, e.g., general project management activities, product setup on TalogyTech systems, supporting client queries, etc.
- Making contributions to support the Marketing group with general industry activities, e.g., writing content for blogs, sharing thought leadership, participating in webinars, attending conferences and events, etc.
- Other ad-hoc activities as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements

- Education as a Licensed Psychologist in Sweden or equivalent qualification from another European country required.
- A few years' experience in the talent management industry, especially in assessments, is desirable.
- Knowledge of core theory and principles in talent management, such as job analysis, assessment and recruitment design, training/instructional design, etc.
- Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English required. Other Nordic language skills are seen as a plus.
- Demonstrable evidence of collaborating effectively with others, managing assignments, and creating reports and presentations, e.g., from university coursework or previous workplace experience.
- General understanding of talent assessment and development products on the market, and willingness to learn about Talogy’s core solution sets.
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

What we offer

The position includes a fixed salary plus bonus and other benefits. In addition, you will get to develop personally and thrive in close collaboration with Nordic sales colleagues as well as our international leaders, and you have a key role in impacting our local plans and future. Now is a great time to join our growing international network of colleagues offering one of the broadest portfolios of impactful talent solutions.

We would like to receive your application by June 23rd and look very much forward to talking to you Please note that we review applications and run interviews already during the application process. For further information, do not hesitate to get in touch with hampus.enqvist@talogy.com.
