The opportunity

We are looking for a talented individual with experience in leading teams, developing and implementing strategies, and achieving business objectives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively, and building strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Bids & Proposals, and other engineering departments. A strong understanding of technology and technical engineering from a project management perspective is essential for this role.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of engineers and specialists to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients;
  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives;
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders;
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures;

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience as a people manager or other relevant leadership experience;
  • Relevant experience in areas such as talent management, employee relations, human resources, team leading, company founding, start-up or scale-up, business administration, change management, process development, organizational management, staffing, business development, performance management, and/or similar;
  • Strong communication, social, and interpersonal skills;
  • Prior experience in tender work and people management (preferable);
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills;
