BIM Workflow Engineer

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing automation scripts to streamline BIM workflows and improve model management.
• Maintaining and ensuring adherence to BIM standards, best practices, and documentation requirements to guarantee seamless coordination within assigned projects.
• Assisting project teams in utilizing BIM software and tools, ensuring the accurate execution of models and drawings, and providing training and mentorship on BIM technologies and workflows.
• Liasing between technical, design, and construction teams to ensure BIM objectives are met, and conducting quality control checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BIM coordination, scripting, and automation.
• Proficiency in various BIM packages, including Autodesk, Revizto, Trimble, and Graphisoft.
• Strong understanding of scripting languages such as Python or Dynamo.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, processes, and workflows.
• Excellent IT knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
