Join us as a Specialist Physician in Pulmonary Diseases at the FLP Vitaly Pryadka in Sweden We are seeking a highly skilled specialist doctor in pulmonology to join our team.

As a specialist physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients suffering from pulmonary diseases. You will work with a variety of patient groups, including those requiring oxygen/ventilator treatment and cancer patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing both outpatient and inpatient care to patients with pulmonary diseases.
  • Carrying out primary examinations and anamnesis, participating in team rounds in the department for oxygen/ventilator dependent patients and some care for cancer patients.
  • Performing pulmonary medical interventions, such as bronchoscopy, EBUS and thoracic drainage.
  • Supervising and mentoring resident doctors.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Medical license and specialist approval from an EU country.
  • Specialised doctor/senior doctor with a specialist degree in pulmonary medicine.
  • Confident and stable individual with good communication skills.
  • Ability to take personal responsibility and cooperate with other people effectively.
  • Cultural awareness and understanding.
  • Structured approach and ability to take initiative.

About the Clinic:

The FLP Vitaly Pryadka is a county clinic with approximately 120 employees. We have operations in infectious diseases, lung diseases, and a specialised department for adult allergy.

The lung section is responsible for the specialised lung and allergy care for adults within the entire region. The section provides comprehensive outpatient care in the clinic's facilities.

At the moment, there is no on-call duty in the evenings or nights at this clinic, although there might be some weekend duties.
