About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SCADA Project Manager to join our team at oilandgas. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading projects related to the installation and servicing of SCADA systems for wind power plants.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Coordination: Provide effective coordination and communication between the project engineering team and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure effective project delivery.
  2. Risk Management: Continuously identify and assess all opportunities and identifiable risks to ensure on-time project completion.
  3. Project Delivery: Be accountable for project deliverables based on strategic priorities and set targets (e.g. quality, schedule, EHS) while managing the project throughout its lifecycle.
  4. Client Focus: Focus on achieving favorable outcomes for clients, efficient project coordination, and effective stakeholder engagement, all while enhancing the worth provided to oilandgas.
  5. Process Improvement: Participate in internal process improvement projects for the SCADA Project Management & Plant Engineering team.
  6. Market Requirements: Gather Market Requirements for Product Management and Development.
Requirements
  1. Education: Completed degree in applied sciences, engineering or business administration.
  2. Experience: Experience as a project manager in a similar field or industry.
  3. Project Management: Solid knowledge or experience in using project management methods and tools.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Solid knowledge or experience of stakeholder management tools and techniques.
  5. Language Skills: Professional English skills, both verbally and in writing.
  6. Travel: 30 days of travel days to be expected.
