Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Influencer Campaign Manager to join our team in Stockholm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing global influencer marketing campaigns that achieve brand and business goals. This involves developing clear strategies, ensuring efficient execution, and maintaining high-quality performance in influencer marketing.

You will work closely with local teams to adapt global strategies as needed and ensure smooth coordination between global and local influencer teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Executing global influencer campaigns regionally, aligning with global goals and local nuances.
  • Optimizing short-form content (TikTok, Reels) for performance and collaborating with creators to deliver engaging, high-performing content that resonates with regional audiences.
  • Selecting top regional influencers aligned with brand values and campaign goals, building strong relationships with creators and agencies, and managing briefings to ensure clear understanding of the campaign vision, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Providing creative input and strategic support for project pitches, shaping campaign ideas for both regional and global audiences, and collaborating with global and local teams to align concepts with global standards and local preferences.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a strong focus on content for social platforms, particularly short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels).
  • A deep understanding of the creator landscape and the ability to build relationships with influencers and creator networks.
  • Purposeful connections with the audience/customer to create engaging activations.
  • Creative thinking with a strong strategic mindset, capable of supporting pitches at both the creative and strategic level.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret performance data to inform optimizations.
