Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to lead our production team and drive innovation in our manufacturing processes. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing all stages of our production.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Manufacturing Policies and Standards: Develop and implement policies and standards to ensure the efficient and effective manufacturing of our products.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure that our production department complies with all applicable rules and regulations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Reporting and Analysis: Create and maintain reports on production results and efficiency, and present these to management.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of production staff, including workload distribution and performance evaluation.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, sales, and customer service, to ensure that our company's goals and strategies are met.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in manufacturing and production management.
- Department Building: Experience in developing and building up a production department from scratch.
- Language Skills: Fluent English language skills, with the ability to manage Swedish.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license (B).
- Microsoft Office: Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
- Work Permit: A valid work permit in Sweden.
- Electronics and High Voltage: A background in electronics and high voltage is advantageous.
