Your Mission at Sitoo

As a Retail Solution Architect at Sitoo, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing advanced retail solutions for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand their business requirements and design innovative and scalable retail solutions using our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in customer presentations of solution proposals
  • Communicate with engineering, customers, and other stakeholders from a solution perspective
  • Plan, conduct, and document Pre-Studies, scoping initiatives, and other architecture focus workshops or initiatives together with customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and document customer solutions, including their ecosystem and integrations

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role – solution architect, technical consultant, or software engineer in a retail/commerce environment
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles and engaging with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
  • Strong retail experience and knowledge
  • Knowledge of cloud-based solutions, APIs, and integrations
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Ability to travel
