We're seeking a highly skilled Content Lawyer to join our cross-border legal function in Stockholm. As a key member of our team, you'll act as a business partner to our Content team and Content Acquisition team.

Your primary responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating content-related agreements, such as production agreements, content acquisition agreements, format agreements, and talent agreements. You'll also help build and develop effective relationships with external partners and key business stakeholders.

In addition, you'll work closely with relevant stakeholders to align content rights with sublicensing, sales, and customer needs. This will involve mitigating risks and maximizing opportunities.

You'll be responsible for assisting with other legal matters and internal approvals related to content.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  1. A Master of Law degree.
  2. At least 3 years' work experience, including hands-on experience in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.
  3. Native-level proficiency in Swedish or Norwegian.
  4. Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver pragmatic legal advice to colleagues at all levels.

Possessing specialized knowledge in intellectual property law is a plus, as is proficiency in more than one Nordic language, experience in the film and TV industry, and a can-do attitude.
