About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our in-house eLearning project team at Evidensia Djursjukvård. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content to support clinical, procedural, leadership, and management development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new eLearning resources from content briefs/scripts
  • Update and maintain existing content as required
  • Advise on learning design, interactions, graphics, and media assets to ensure best practice eLearning
  • Source or create interactions, graphics, and media assets as needed
  • Ensure expertise in Captivate authoring tool and LMS tool (SAP Litmos)
  • Support daily administration tasks for the learning management system, including content administration
  • Ensure compliance with eLearning production, maintenance, and reporting processes
  • Recommend methodology, tools, and ideas to improve eLearning quality
  • Develop assessment methods, such as tests or quizzes, to measure course effectiveness
  • Build strong relationships across the business to promote eLearning creation
  • Act as a role model, promoting business values and brand, setting high standards through own behaviors and actions
Requirements
  • Strong background in developing eLearning resources, ideally within an internal team or eLearning design house
  • Experience creating eLearning across multiple disciplines, with clinical/medical content as an advantage
  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools, ideally Captivate and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience in all stages of the eLearning lifecycle
  • Strong creative skills, with experience sourcing and developing graphics and media
  • Confidence working with internal stakeholders, particularly those not accustomed to eLearning
  • Knowledge of one or more languages: Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, French, German, and/or Dutch
  • Experience in the medical field or working with animals is beneficial
  • Self-motivated, with ability to work on own initiative, as well as being highly team-oriented
  • Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining tact and diplomacy in challenging situations
  • Natural self-starter, confident in working in a multi-national business with remote management and relationships with key stakeholders
  • Positive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and demands
