Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Researcher/Associate to join our team in Stockholm. As a Researcher, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment processes, working closely with our consultants to identify and approach top talent. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting research and identifying potential candidates
  • Creating job descriptions and advertisements
  • Screening and evaluating candidate applications
  • Participating in client meetings and presentations
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates

Key Responsibilities

As a Researcher, you will be responsible for:

  • Search and recruitment activities, including identifying and approaching potential candidates
  • Developing and maintaining a strong network of contacts within the industry
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
  • Collaborating with our consultants to deliver high-quality recruitment services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in search and recruitment, preferably in an executive search environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
