Fintech Sales Manager

We are looking for a talented sales professional to join our team and drive the growth of our Banking Services venture.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take ownership of sales strategies and processes, and to develop strong relationships with regulated financial entities.

We are taking the powerful technology built at Lunar over the past several years and opening it up to fintechs, allowing them to connect seamlessly to local accounts and payments.
This means faster, more flexible financial services for businesses across the Nordics and beyond.
ResponsibilitiesOwn the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing and managing client relationships.
Drive mid- and enterprise-level deals across the Nordics and internationally.
Build and maintain relationships with regulated financial entities (EMIs, payment institutions and banks).
Attend industry events to network, generate leads, and build our brand presence.
Work closely with internal teams to refine sales strategies and processes.
We're excited to welcome applicants who are natural deal-makers, strategic thinkers, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
5+ years of experience as an Account Executive or Bank Partnership Manager within payments, fintech, acquiring, or banking.
Proven track record in complex technical solution sales with experience with APIs and payment infrastructure.
Experience managing long deal cycles and closing large enterprise clients.
A proactive, people-oriented mindset – someone who thrives in a startup/scale-up environment and isn't afraid to navigate new territories.
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
Willingness to travel frequently (every two months for events and client meetings across the EU).
