Key Qualifications- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and visualize merchandising plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and develop sales associates.
- Candidate must have a deep understanding of client expectations and behaviors, as well as knowledge of retail operations and best practices.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. You will report to the Head of Retention.
