About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Innovation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the development and deployment of Generative AI solutions in production environments.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive innovation and growth through the use of AI and machine learning.
  • Collaborate with senior business and IT stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights.
  • Manage and mentor data science teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Contribute to the sales process by demonstrating the value of Generative AI solutions to potential clients.
  • Utilize Azure OpenAI and other AI cloud computing platform services (AWS, Google Cloud) to build and optimize Generative AI solutions.
  • Conduct data-driven discovery activities to identify new opportunities for AI applications.
  • Evaluate the performance and impact of Generative AI solutions using appropriate techniques such as RAGAS and communicate the results to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to improve our solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership in an agile, collaborative environment, directing the work of other scientists, engineers, consultants, and specialists of all backgrounds and disciplines to bring analytical rigor and statistical methods to the data-driven application development.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 8 years of experience leading data science teams successfully in analysis and delivery work.
  • A strong understanding of core data science algorithms, statistics fundamentals, NLP techniques, and generative AI.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data manipulation, data mining, and various supervised and/or unsupervised modeling techniques.
  • Proficient in the use of Python for data science, and additional programming languages or other data science tools, such as big data processing frameworks.
  • Solid knowledge of one or more cloud computing platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or AWS.
  • Strong technical and analytical abilities, a knack for driving impact and growth.
  • Comfortable with hands-on problem solving by looking at things differently, debugging, troubleshooting, and designing & implementing solutions to complex technical issues.
  • Able to communicate with a wide range of audiences in both English and Swedish.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; thrives on teamwork leading multicultural globally distributed teams.
