Job Summary:

The Electrical Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all electrical construction activities from initiation to commissioning, managing project schedules and budgets, and leading diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct electrical construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and environmental standards are met.
  • Manage project schedules, costs, and resources to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with engineering offices to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
  • Provide regular progress updates and drive the successful delivery of high-profile projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 15–20 years of experience in site/construction supervision and management.
  • 10–15 years of experience in major industrial projects (Metals, Mining, or Oil & Gas preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Expertise in electrical substations, MV, LV, I&C, and telecom infrastructure.
  • Excellent proficiency in English (C1/C2 level).
  • Familiarity with Swedish codes and standards.
  • Mandatory EU citizenship or valid work visa.
